If you can’t make it to a pharmacy, don’t worry! Every return box has a FREEPOST Royal Mail address printed on the back, so you can mail them back to us at Novo Nordisk from any post box or post office, free of charge. 


Please note: Pharmacies in certain parts of the UK (for example, the Scottish Highlands & Islands) are not able to accept return boxes due to current regulations, but you can mail them back to us from anywhere in the UK.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed in the package leaflet. You can also report side effects directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at↗.
