PenCycle launched as a pilot in Glasgow, Greater Manchester and Leicestershire & Rutland in October 2021, with promising results.
We are now scaling PenCycle up into a nationwide service. From September 2022, the initiative will be available across all devolved nations of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
